One of my favorite things about living in a city is that there are always new places opening up. There is always a new cafe, restaurant, or boutique to check out. Recently after class one afternoon I tried Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen in downtown Lexington. Walking into the restaurant you see exposed brick, white crown ceiling, and a chalkboard menu. The interior is so pretty and has the best lighting. The menu has so many options of unique salads and soups. I tried the taco chicken salad…so good! It is a big portion so I had some to save for later. While the price was $12 it was a large amount of salad so I felt it was worth it. So if you are in the Lexington area you should def give it a try!
