The new year always helps put things into perspective. Things you would like to change, improve, or add into your daily life. I have been trying to get my health and wellness together. I used to be very active person by working out almost every evening but lately I have been in a funk. I have not been putting aside time to workout because of being too tired and lazy after classes. I have decided that I am going to dedicate more time to it even if it is doing a workout video in my apartment. I have put together some of the videos I like and that can easily be done in a dorm room or apartment living room. This is going to give me the boost I need to feel my most confident for Valentine’s Day ❀

My favorite two, fitness websites are PopSugar Fitness and Tone it up. Both have tons of workouts and nutrition ideas and information. Here are some of my favorite workouts:
